Use a vacuum with a HEPA-rated filter to eliminate smaller particles. On hard flooring, aim to sweep and mop at least once a week.

Clean the Ducts

As your HVAC system runs, the particles in the air often settle in the ducts. This leads to poor indoor air quality, which can increase your allergic symptoms.
