Justin and Ron arrived right on time and proceeded to dismantle my dead 20 year old air conditioner. They were absolutely delightful, respectful, worked well together and got my A/C replaced and house cool in a timely matter. They also cleaned up behind themselves and set the new thermostat. This is the third A/C unit Custom Design has put in for me in 33 years. Each lasting well beyond the standard time frame for A/C units. Needed HVAC system replacement of a nearly 20 yr old system. Selected Custom Design based on both discussions with Chris and on their bid for the job. Installation crew was timely, professional and did excellent work as far as I am competent to tell. The difference in the house is very noticable. Good bunch of guys as well! I can highly recommend them. Update: Service call as part of annual maintenance. The tech, Daniel, was very thorough with the service, and very patient with both me and the Trane customer service rep as we got me reconnected to the Trane Home app so I can monitor the system from my phone. Continues the tradition of everyone we have met from Custom Design being very competent, very professional and very nice. We continue to recommend them most highly. Latest update: System is 4.5 yrs old now, and continues to operate flawlessly. Semi-annual maintenance done today by David. Super knowledgeable, professional, thorough and supe nice guy to boot.
